We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or disruptive, in accordance with responsible alcohol service practices.

Payments and Deposits

Pricing, deposits, and payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to submit final payment by the agreed-upon date may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in your service agreement. Tylers’ Traveling Tavern is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring legal compliance for alcohol service at their event

- Providing accurate event details

- Securing venue approval for mobile bartending services

- Ensuring a safe working environment for staff

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in modified or canceled services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tylers’ Traveling Tavern shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
